I'm expecting the current chairman to step aside for Dr Weiss this year. Now that CVC are no longer involved there is no reason for Kaplan to remain in the seat.
Weiss has a history of high profile chairman positions including until recently Coats and GPG. This is another reason to expect some kind of corporate M & A with PACT as this is his forte as well as international business which is also interesting.
I'm expecting the current chairman to step aside for Dr Weiss...
