As an aside my opinion is that the unlisted Pact Group will use PPG as a back door listing now that markets are improving. They will use this method to raise cash and expand liquidity rather than further dilution of PPG as a sole entity.
PPG shareholders will benefit from this in terms of market cap would be in the order of $1.5B and as the owner of the Pact Group also owns 48% of PPG you can be assured shareholders will not miss out!
All speculation on my part but based on research I have undertaken.
