PEN contracts secured funding that build our infrastructure, and continues to fund PEN by buying at $25 spot and reselling $45-$50, and to boot PEN sold part contracts for $19m and in talks for another part sale of contracts.
Thinking outside the box,.. who would of been next in line for PEN contracts, PDN who didn't have contracts and had to sell on spot market for around $20lb,..... the rest is history... cheers y3
