I remember at a presentation once where the same question was asked. The figure kicked around then (18 months ago roughly) was around $60-$65 mil.
Costs for everything have gone up since then, but even allowing for a 25% rise, it is still less than $100 mil.
Pre feasibility will be interesting, but not looking forward to further share dilution in any case.
