Time to enter the WPL waters once again .... the recent end of week close above $36 some time back was a positive signal.
Recent price action has now confirmed this breakout.
I am in under $38 ... (with a stop in play, of course)
Should head up to around the $45 - $46 level on this leg up.
Fingers crossed.
