I'm in at $33.49 just prior to Xmas. If they can get the debt at the right price for the right duration then that would be great. Interest rates are low and long term the company can easily afford to gear up the balance sheet. Keeping fresh equity to a minimum at these low prices would be beneficial to existing holders. Rather they replace debt with new equity at $75/sh in 2yrs time when oil is again $100+ than now at sub $40 ...
This is a really good long term stock for the next 10 years. Nice dividend makes holding long term easy too.
