    Are you aware of a ruling from the ASX that if a share trades below 10cents and changes its nature of business they are up for $$$ and a mountain of paperwork. If they trade above 10 cents and change the nature of business they avoid all the $$$ and paperwork? Just something i heard about today and i haven't spoke to my broker to ask and thought i would throw it out there looking for feedback?
