Generally TEN is making progress like and is on the right track:

Ten executives remain confident that Eleven -- a youth entertainment channel formed through a joint venture with US giant CBS -- will help it regain market share and provide something different for viewers.

The performance of Eleven, along with the launch of an extra hour of news from 6pm to 7pm on the primary channel, will play a big part in the strategy.

The strong take-up of free-to-air multi-channels was one of the big media trends last year with the new channels likely to gain more audience and advertising revenue as the take-up of digital TV reaches 100 per cent over the next two years.

Ten was the first commercial network to launch a digital channel with sports-only One in March 2009. One has not attracted big audiences, but Ten chief executive Grant Blackley has forecast it will generate revenue of "no less" than $45m next year -- well above the $25m needed to be profitable.
