I thought this would have re-rated once the tether was cut, guess I was wrong (wouldn't be the first or last time). I now wonder if there will be any movement before financing is secured and terms announced, even though offtakes are expected to be binding before the end of March. Could be a consequence of the 8.5 cent valuation management put on TON when considering the WGX Option.
