If they were confident in growth over the next 3 years they should have taken loan from the bank and put some skin in the game. That would have given the growth a nice kick start. A lot of shareholders here could be wrong, but on the surface it screams no confidence. As to your point 2, they are asking for the shares with no risk, why wouldn't you go for all of them if you can get this sweet deal? They are only paying for 10% of them, that is their risk appetite, not 100%. My eyes are on the prize, but are theirs?
