seems that they are there to either make a pick few cents from the move over the last few days but it seems a strange way of doing this as keeping the 67c out of the picture would certainly meant that something higher than 67c would have been achieved.

I think this person has deliberately placed the order to put a 'temporary' cap or to 'shake' some shares out of the system at below 67c.
