Konkat u took my comments far too personally but far to many aussies believe the hype our pollies have BS about for the last ten years . The Australian property market crash will happen because again "The demand and supply equation does not suggest that." is just more hype. A bubble is a bubble ,check what the IMF has to say about the Aussie housing market. As for your other points I'm hoping they don't happen.
