the only think stopping developers was the int. rate.(it looked like it was moving higher)
i know because i waited on a 12 moths for a 6 unit development in Melb.
do you know what a difference it makes to a small developer
a 1.5% drop in int.?
and as far as bhp is concerned "was"$60 stock it won't go up there tomorrow, in the next year or two will do me fine.In the mean time if it goes to 40bucks even that will do me!
