Don't want to be the pessimist one, but imagine if you put 2 millions at 1 cent. At 2 cents, it is 4 millions. Do you guys really think that brokers make money "investing" in companies because they believe in the project?

Let's think in the second scenario: the price hold around 1.2 cents ate the time the new shares hit the market. Paterson can sell 160 millions shares, recover their money and have 40 millions "free" shares of the company.

1 cent could be a great entry for WHO DOESNT HAVE A SINGLE SHARE of the company. A 100% investiment is possible in the short term. The long time holder (like myself) only can average down and hope a exit. But experience says that averaging down speculative stocks is a very bad habit. The chance to get stuck and lose a lot of money is huge.

My average is already low (around 2.5 cents). Now will put this in the bottom drawer and hope for the best. We need WONDERFUL news for this break the 3 cents mark. Any average news will only pump this lo low 2 cents so the dump occurs.
