Re NIP - the following additional comments are provided:

- Assay results are expected to start flowing soon for VANADIUM, FLUORITE & PLATINUM.

The company is having an independent assessment of the net present value prepared for it based on the results of earlier studies & the recently completed program. The Vanadium tenor is approx. twice the grade of Windimurra & at least 10 times the size. Any comparison should have NIP’s with a share price of many $’s just on this alone!

- Also there are deep diamond drill holes currently drilling to test the potential to host valuable base & precious metals, in particular copper and gold. From the earlier reports/releases, it’s clear that there has been some strong encouragement to undertake this program.

- At the end of the day you have Billions of $’s of commercial product discovered & JORCed, a PLATINUM reef discovered, and now a serious hunt for COPPER & GOLD!!!

This is a stock that should have $’s in front of it & suspect soon will!
