To the management of UBS who are handling the buyback of QRN.

I am a share holder of QRN and i applaud and encourage their decision of an on market buyback of 10% of their stock.

However, i am disappointed and disapprove of the way UBS is handling the buyback, in my opinion.

Over the last 12 trading days, since the buyback started, you have opted on some days to ignore the cheap stock available and not purchased nothing, you mostly buy the stock towards closing, miss great opportunities during the last two weeks to buy say 40m at $3.40, instead you have only purchased 13m.

Are you waiting for Xmas and let’s say paying around $3.80 for the same stock?

We need to buy more cheap stock at the opening and throughout the day.
