Am I missing something?
-Uranium futures are up last 2 days
-We have heard of Cameco delaying start up
-Megawatts agreement has ended
-Russia and US relationship is far from perfect and Russia is investing big in uranium
Yet knowing all this we are still down?
Is this a silly technical bottom test because fundamentals are lining up?
