I personally think vtx needs the information memorandum out asap to lock In the ngn reverse takeover then the risk reduces massively.
it must be super close as management will want egm voted off on name change etc pre options expiry so they get a good cash injection on conversion.
until those options are still hanging over the heads pre app launch vtx will rock about.
But by christmas we will be a different beast and a lot higher in share price.
this has an exciting future ahead good luck all holders
