Agreed, I am in fact thinking of reducing my positions elsewhere and increase my holding here!
A month ago, it would have been greater risk, now, it is a measured, almost no risk move.
I am going to sleep on the thought, have to admit, I have some poor investments, where like a few others, it has gone to the bottom drawer. Am I better off with a ( almost) sure shot than a hope?
