Sydney - Wednesday - April 5: (RWE Aust Business News) - Climax Mining Ltd (ASX:CMX) has had a legal suit dismissed in the Philippines Supreme Court against its subsidiary and the Philippines Environment & Natural Resources Department. The suit was filed by Didipio Earth Savers' Multi-Purpose Association. Climax said its Dinkidi project was progressing as the next major gold/copper mine development in the Philippines. Construction remains on track for start up in the third quarter 2006. Climax shares were last traded at 42c.
