re: down quick up quicker re safenet management changes..... yes I think that it was important and may have indeed been a prerequisite for what we are waiting for....certainly to the extent that sen would not want to announce last week as they need some separation between the two events.
My guess is that we should see something today or tomorrow...stage 1 anyway.
