In this announcement they said:
"Whilst the terms of the settlement remain confidential they deliver control to Style over its key intellectual property arena as well as immediate commercial benefits which the Company believes significantly enhance shareholder value."
Looks like we'll have to wait and see what these benefits entail but it all looks very positive now..!
