Over the weekend I had what prove to be possible....

@ about $3.00 Director unload was explained to me personally as requiring “to balance his portfolio”.
Then was the change of Director status, maybe to nullify any ASX demand for notification compulsion.
Then I attended a Sydney AGM where we were informed the AGM was going to be short and attendees would be invited to chat with the Board at a nearby bay.
So no formally minuted documentation was my interpretation, I walked rather than be influenced by bar talk.
Could we now see another move;
To send the SP down, announce a Director sale of $75,000 in order to pick up $1.0mil at less than $1.00 than over $1.30 as the share sales had thinned out? GLTA
