looking at the charts I would say the bottom is 2.40 to cover the gap. should see very solid support. but in this market who knows it may go sideways. solid company that's at least 50% discounted atm and pays a good dividend. people r crazy for not having this in there portfolios. all real estate as of late have taken a beating. also a great hedge to inflation
