following TA literally to the cent. 2.940-2.960 needs to break. seems like it's consolidating at mid-highs 2.800 levels. keep in mind it did go ex Div. if we see some strength in the markets tomorrow and next week we may break thru the double top of 2.950. imo dyor strong buy at these levels imo seems like the hedgies are trying too shake out retail holders out of positions thru sheer stale price action. All IMO DYOR
