SCG might be much assisted by the change in NSW Government.
SCG will get more developments up and Labor in NSW is far more sympathetic to Westfield AUstralia than the other crew.
SCG SP could break not only $4 AUD but $5 IMHO?
Labor likes developments especially in western Sydney which has been Labor’s traditional base and Westfields traditional base.
They like Westfield more than people, see Liverpool Council, Orange Grove development etc.
