Personally, I use incentives as a forward looking metric for REITs. If you want to do a bit of reading/research, take a look at which way incentives for office space are trending (it's not going down).
Nobody could pay me to invest money in any company exposed to office assets. They might be keeping things together for now, but given the ease of access to cheap money, this isn't a surprise.
