crazy expensive. why do people keep going "growth" when it's been more than priced in? buy undervalued stocks not overvalued ones. it might be the safest REIT but you're buying both kidneys.
many stocks are cheap because market hate them, not that they are "dodgy". there are certainly dodgy ones (like nuix, csx), scg is not one of them. and the safe growth stocks the market love have been pumped to beyond eye watering prices.
