I wouldn't say the share price (for most of this year) is fluctuating with POO. The 5 year chart below is the best long term match I can quickly find. Also shown is the 6 month chart. There are some very broad correlations on the 6 month chart, but overall the general trend of oil has been going up, while WPL (and others) have been drifting down since January. Frustrating, but what can you do? One could argue WPL should be trading 50% higher based purely on oil price, but unfortunately there are a lot of other factors at play.
