They have plenty of Cash to start a small 10% buyback...

Nibble away, reduce dilution, eliminate the rubbish takeover, easy peazy...
So why Don't they ?
Mgmt like looking at a big bank balance to pay there salaries instead of doing what's best for shareholders...
We all believe it's worth +$1, so why aren't Mgmt spending just an insignificant amount to reduce dilution whilst they can !
So annoying having Engineers as CEO's, as if it doesn't fit neatly in a box with a manual they can't see the forest from the trees...
