Step 2 - Build $50m USD pile of cash
Step 3 - Drill the heck out of the next 2 years of production

Step 5 - Buy up another development project in Cote (that is being ignored by the mid/large tiers) and drill it out.
Step 6 - proveup the heap leach and self fund
Step 7 - repeat Step 5 until 3 mines in production.

If MW can do all that within 5 years, he would truly make a name for himself in and outside of West Africa (and I think he could do it).
Production profile of 400k+ with solid mine lives. Give WAF a good run for it's money!

Then there's the question of Ricca's Tenements, they need cash for their IPO and TIE has the ability to issue shares or pay cash in the coming months.
