I think once the buyback is over higher profits will roll in giving higher dividends. The model seems to be working a treat a $19.95 booking fee each time you book something its almost like a stock broking business except there is also a profit to be taken on the flights and accomoadtion. There is also a pretty penny to be made on the advetising that the accomodation and activities company advertise on the site. The management are doing an excellent job and won't be sucked into overpriced aquisitions for example knowing when to pull out of the Travel.com.au battle with Wotif who paid much to much and the OS aquisition. I reckon the shares are worth alot more then $3.
