10% of 130 million is 13 million, if purchased at an average prive of say $1.20 (optamistic, I have no idea) then the cost would only be approx 15.5 million. Not going to put too much of a dent in their cash position.
Its very good news.
Also buying back your companys stock is only done when you have great confidence that the current SP is way undervalued.
