    I don't think you can assume the board are against a consolidation.
    Perhaps other longer holders can confirm that BCN tried to consolidate a few years back but was vote down by holders.
    We may hear something soon as they stated they will address capital structure later this year.
    We would need to sacrifice divies for a long time to put any meaningful dent into SOI.
    Pip trading has hammered our price down.
