    Could you highlight some reasons this is a no brainer? I can't for the life of me see any positives with the ato,police knocking on the door. Why is there a buy back with that big tax bill hanging on its head? Haven't been up to speed on this buy back but if it is to prop up the SP then it is going to be temporary.
