I agree with you Flyingdoc that TS is an important part of CFE and if he isn't a director it might just hurt a little, however I don't think it will matter that much. Why I don't think it will matter is because as he is a major shareholder and important to the company I believe that management and board members will be asking for his opinion anyhow. He might also be then officially given a duty of Negotiation Officer for all CFE transactions.

On ASIC, ATO and Fed Police interest with TS, or whoever else they are investigating, we could speculate forever and there isn't any benefit in that so no need to worry about it.

If you feel that you must sell out of CFE before it drops below 20 cents, that's your decision. I wish you and everyone else luck with their investment decisons.
