    Yes, agree we don't want the buyback to support the price.

    But we do want the buyback to occur most heavily at lower prices, and then less (or not at all) at higher prices. In that way the company parts with the smallest amount of cash (our cash) to buyback the maximum number of shares. And in so doing, increasing the NTA per our remaining shares.

    As you say Def, it should be around what drives the most value for remaining shareholders, not benefit those who want to exit.

    If the company thinks it is value accretive to buyback shares at 79.2 cents, then it is HIGHLY value accretive to buy them back at 69.5.

    So get buying back, guys, while the prices are lower. And in decent volumes too!
