What I have been wondering is if the broker has been selling some shares on a day like yesterday.
I have spoken with ASX and ASIC and no one seems to know much about whether during a buyback process a broker could buy and sell shares on behalf of a company making sure that he buys back those shares that are sold during the same trading session without making any official declaration about it.
Anyone?
