    The only way for MIG is up over the next month. Nobody would be shorting the stock and if you are short then you would be closing your position.

    Huge buyback scheduled to begin tomorrow. News expected in coming months regarding sale of toll roads at or above valuation will also provide a boost.

    Holding up well today. Big buying earlier in the day up to $2.36.

    The stars are aligning.
