I'm starting to lean towards the bad news scenario as well flyingdoc. Down 1.5 cents no announcements and no buyback on the price dropping.

If the price drops even more today and there is no buyback notice tomorrow then I would strongly suspect bad news.

Am I suggesting that there are information leaks from CFE?

Well from experience there always seems to be some sort of heavy buying or selling the day before an announcement with almost every stock. So someone talks or knows.

I could imagine being a clerk or other lower level employee in any company and after a while it would be quite easy to read body language, frequency of meetings, buzz behind the bosses doors etc to then figure out if there is a possibility of good or bad news around the corner. Once determined of course you would let your mates know and take a bit of a punt yourself. Bit like seeing the favourite horse in a race limp a bit during a training session the day before.
