Haha Id almost certainly think he has a look to check the moral of the holders. Costs a hell of alot to frag a hole so Id guess its got something in it worth chasing, they wouldnt frag a hole just to keep the price up......would they?
We would have to "guess" that the seller would have drilled the whole and then run out of cash to finish it so bailed?
One would assume this situation would arise from time to time.
