The most prudent and credible thing the board and management should do is propose a large scale buyback.
Although not my favored insurer, they are attractive given the level of invested funds this thing holds. Proposing a buyback, would:
1. Reduce the extraordinary large shareholder base (a good thing in my opinion)
2. Be buying at a relative attractive rate to book.
