Looks like the 30 M share ceiling will kick in before we have spent the $100 M - by my calculations they have $11.67 M or2.064 M share left in the buyback - so far the buyback has bought at a VWAP of $3.16. At today's price of $3.30 only about $6.8M to go.
The price would need to go to ~$5.65 to spend the $100 M. I'd like to see that!
