I think BRK management should really focus on buy back first & foremost even extend it another 6-12 months and accumulate as many shares as possible... the bigger the buy back share of the pie (our company holds) the better for us shareholders.
In time, believe they can consider introducing a dividend policy after completing buy back etc.
