    Have a few issuses with buy backs,by reducing number of shares you make yourself more vulnerable to a takeover when the price eventually falls and buy backs do NOT always support prices,have a look at the buy back CSL has done in two exercises and the price has gone down to the point that they could be vulnerable,pay me the cash anytime!
