That's fair enough. A2 is lucky enough to have excess cash - which isn't necessarily a reflection on its growth plans. But I think they don't want to fix themselves to giving dividends, whereas a buyback is more of a one-off type of capital mgmt strategy. They could do a special dividend I suppose, but a bb does reward long-term holders.
