A take over offer of upwards of $0.95 per share would be a good start, I can not see a take over offer being put forward prior to the financials being announced in September, however stranger things have happened.
At the moment, I believe PPS is being short sold and price kept low and this will be played out until closer to the September also, as the risk of the price increasing at the moment is slim unless some fantastic news is announced in the coming month, then the shorters will be buying to cover the shorts quickly, Does anyone have any figures as to the volume of shorts over the last 2 weeks?
I am happy to keep buying at the current price and increase my holdings, for the record I have an average buy price at the moment of 0.675 and happy told keep holding until (if and when) a takeover offer is announced.
