Hard to tell. It has a cash backing of about 50c but that does not stop stocks trading below their cash value. In a bear market there are no fundamental bottoms.
IMO, reinforces the thoght of a share buyback as the stock is trading below it's NPV, therefore a buyback is value accretive.
