Our holding, 52.52%.
Price for our holding assuming no discount and no premium, $343m.
Price for our holding in price per share, $2.25 per VRL share.

I guess I should look at the operating result that AEO contributed to VRL.

VRL total operating result, $125m.
AEO's contribution, $67m.
Total after selling AEO, $58m.

As for the -$60m loss attributed to Corporate/Other, I don't understand it. Will that decrease if we sell AEO?

So we will lose 54% of our profit, but we'll get $2.25/share of cash!
We'll lose 28% of free cashflow, but we'll get $2.25/share of cash!

Seems like a great deal at the current VRL SP. Hopefully it goes through.
