They may need capital for their business or perhaps the buyback has finished for the financial year??? I'm not to sure but you could always contact the company.

Anyway, just use these quiet times to accumulate. Last 4D had their NTA at $1.69. They also mentioned that they will make $14-15 million for the full year, or another 7 cents per share.

That's a p/e of around 12-13, which is reasonable given their large discount SP to NTA. Once the investing climate changes, their income will increase and the SP will take off.
